Excellent opportunity to join a large Global Freight Forwarding as a Senior Pricing Coordinator.
Reporting to the Pricing and Tender Manager you will work as part of the Pricing Team responsible for ensuring customer demands are met with regards to quotations, billing queries and reporting.
Duties will include the following
• Providing pricing & ad hoc rates to overseas partners, offices, BDM’s and customers.
• Quoting all spot rate shipments
• Reporting and analysing quote statistics and trends.
• Transition of won shipment information to the correct operational team.
• Create and maintain pricing tools (spreadsheets, calculators, databases)
• Inform pricing updates to relevant support teams as required.
• Identify and implement changes in process to improve overall company performance.
As the senior in the team, the senior pricing coordinator should have the ability to lead the team in the absence of the manager, help to train new team members, collection and analysis of quote data and provide clear communication both to the team and senior managers.
Essential Skills and Experience:

• Good communication & Customer Service Skills
• High level of MS Excel
Hours Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm (Possibly one day WFH)
Salary subject to candidate's experience
