Description

Our client is a small, owner-managed fiduciary and fund administration business based in St Sampson with fewer than 20 staff. This is a varied, full-time role offering scope to develop responsibilities within a close-knit team.

Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Fund & CoSec Administrator to provide administration support across the fund and corporate teams. The successful candidate will report to the Fund & Corporate Manager / Group Company Secretary.

Key responsibilities
Day-to-day duties include:
• Acting as primary contact for investor queries and general correspondence.
• Leading Board meeting preparation, compiling Board packs and taking minutes.
• Preparing drawdown / distribution notices, cash reconciliation and payment preparation.
• Managing payment workflows, bank-detail call-backs and bank account opening processes.
• Maintaining corporate records, statutory registers and preparing regulatory filings.
• Tending to CDD requirements and liaising with Compliance.
• General administrative support to fund and corporate teams.

Person specification
• At least three to four years’ experience in fund administration, corporate services or a closely related discipline.
• Ideally qualified or working towards relevant industry qualifications (for example CGI).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, accounting packages and online banking systems.
• Experience with Acumen and M-Files advantageous; full training provided.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and minute-taking skills.
• Good interpersonal and client-facing skills.
