Senior Power Supply Design Engineer
Based in Hampshire the Senior Power Supply Design Engineer will be joining a global organisation with locations throughout the UK and World to Develop and support DC/DC and AC/DC Convertors. Key responsibilities will includes leading the design, development and testing of DC/DC and AC/DC converters, whilst staying informed on current trends and emerging design insights. Along with: Design Analysis; Test/Verification and EMC; Resolution of Design issues; Safet Assessment.

The successful candidate will have a good relevant degree or HND in Electronics in related, along with around 5 years plus experience in Power conversion, analogue Electronics and Power Supply Technologies. Along with:
• Knowledge of modern conversion design techniques applicable to DC/DC and AC/DC up to 10KW
• Ability to work on projects with tough product cost targets
• Experience of simulation software for electronics design
• Familiarity with mechanical design of converters relating to manufacturability, EMI and thermal constraints
