**Job Title: Senior Transport Planner (x2 Positions Available)**

**Location: Bristol or Surrey**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the preparation of technical reports, including access appraisals, transport statements, and comprehensive transport assessments.
- Conduct junction capacity modeling, ensuring accurate predictions of traffic behavior and network impacts.
- Utilise industry software (for example, TRICS, TemPro, ARCADY, PICADY, LinSig, etc.) to inform decision-making and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions effectively, maintaining high levels of communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and legal requirements in the transport sector, ensuring all projects comply with current regulations.
- Participate in public consultations, stakeholder meetings, and planning inquiries when required.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure an integrated approach to project development.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Relevant degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in transport planning, including significant exposure to technical report writing and transport assessments.
- Proficiency in transport modeling software and techniques, with a strong analytical background.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- A full UK driving license is preferable.
