Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established fiduciary services provider with over 35 years' experience supporting international clients. Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator to be based in their Alderney office, with consideration given to Guernsey-based candidates willing to travel occasionally.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team servicing a portfolio of private clients. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Administering a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing minutes, agreements, trust instruments, and associated client documentation.
• Maintaining client records and bookkeeping entries, including processing payments, distributions, and investments.
• Liaising with clients, intermediaries, and investment managers professionally and promptly.
• Managing the purchase and sale of various assets, including real estate and investment holdings.
• Ensuring timely completion and maintenance of client due diligence (CDD).
• Preparing and reviewing client reports in line with internal procedures.
• Supporting the team with regulatory changes and ongoing process improvements.

The ideal candidate:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience within trust and company administration.
• STEP or ICSA qualified (or equivalent professional qualification).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A flexible approach, willing to adapt to new regulations and evolving client needs.
• Focused on continuous improvement and personal development.
