The Role
As a Strategic Risk Reviewer, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all client and entity reviews are completed in accordance with strict policy and within specified timescales. You will navigate the complexities of trust, foundations, companies, and partnerships, providing high-level support to the wider business units.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Entity Reviews: Undertaking initial, periodic, property, and exit reviews across a variety of legal entities.
• Risk Mitigation: Identifying trends that lead to action points and ensuring all deficiencies are monitored through to conclusion.
• Leadership & Development: Managing direct reports in an inclusive manner, focusing on their growth and the maximization of their individual talents.
• Process Improvement: Assisting with internal initiatives and updating policies and procedures to align with industry best practices.
• Collaborative Support: Liaising with administration teams to resolve complex action points and assisting other Group jurisdictions as required.

Your Profile
Our client is looking for a professional with a sharp eye for detail and a sound understanding of risk management within the fiduciary sector.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience within a trust and company environment.
• Professional Qualification: An ICSA/STEP qualification (or similar) is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong communication skills and intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in property administration is considered a distinct advantage.
• Operational Excellence: The ability to work autonomously while remaining highly organized.
