Starting salary: £25,000 + bonus, rising to £27,000 after probation

Overview:
Working for a leading training and development organisation, you will proactively support, develop and motivate adult learners (16+) working towards professional work based qualifications. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the role/sector.
A typical week:
-Support enrolment of students
-Complete progress reviews with students
-Review, mark & feedback on assignments
-Handle related administration & compliance
You will need the following for this role:
-2 years experience engaging students/learners
-Confident & clear communication skills (verbal & written)
-A high level of administration, organisation & IT skills
-Car driver (desirable)
