A specialist SEN college and adult care setting in Haringey is seeking a dedicated Support Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis. The setting supports learners aged 15+ with a range of complex needs, including medical and personal care, within a structured and supportive environment.
The role involves providing 1:1 and small-group support, assisting learners to access education, develop independence, and build essential life skills in line with their individual needs.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with young people or adults with complex SEND
Is comfortable supporting with personal care as required
Demonstrates a patient, caring and reliable approach
Works well collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
