We are urgently seeking highly experienced Teaching Assistants to join schools across Manchester and Trafford. These are not standard TA roles — schools are looking for professionals who can hit the ground running.

We want TAs who:
• Have several years of classroom experience
• Are confident supporting pupils with SEN (EHCPs, ASC, ADHD, SEMH)
• Can deliver 1:1 and small group interventions independently
