You’ll:
• Support small group and one-to-one learning
• Help implement personalised learning plans and behaviour strategies
• Work closely with staff to create a calm, inclusive classroom

You are:
• Patient, adaptable, and SEND-aware
• Experienced with SEMH or keen to bring transferable skills
• Passionate about helping children thrive
