The Role
Location: L32 (easily accessible via public transport)
Hours: Full-time or part-time (flexible options available)
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support, promoting independence and confidence
• Assist with learning across core subjects, life skills, and creative activities
• Support pupils with emotional regulation, sensory needs, and personal care where required
• Help create a safe, calm, and nurturing learning environment
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, celebrating progress and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver consistent, holistic care
