About the Role
We are looking for two resilient, committed, and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join a supportive Secondary Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) located in Manchester, M21. One role is available for an immediate start, and another will begin in January.
You will be supporting students who may present challenging behaviours, have social, emotional or mental health needs (SEMH), or require additional support to engage in learning. The role involves building positive relationships, promoting emotional regulation, and helping students access the curriculum through small group or 1:1 support.

? Experience working with young people (school, youth work, care, sports coaching, etc.)
? PRU or SEMH experience is a bonus but NOT essential
? Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
