Hours: Full-time
Role: Support secondary school students with social, emotional, mental health (SEMH) and behavioural needs.
Responsibilities:
-Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
-Assist teaching staff in managing classroom behaviour and implementing individual plans.
-Support students’ emotional regulation and social development.
-Monitor progress and communicate effectively with staff and parents.
Requirements:
-Experience supporting secondary students with SEMH or behavioural needs.
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
-Commitment to inclusive education and promoting positive student outcomes.
