Axcis Education is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated teaching assistant to work in a welcoming primary school, supporting pupils with their learning, development, and day-to-day classroom activities.

As a teaching assistant, your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and classroom activities.
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
• Helping children develop their confidence, independence, and social skills.
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required.
• Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assisting with classroom management and maintaining pupils' wellbeing.
To be considered for this role, you must:
• Have a valid Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service.
• Have a genuine passion for working with children.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be patient, reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Previous experience working in a primary school or educational setting is desirable.
