Working as a Supply Teaching Assistant in a specialist school means making a real difference to children who may find school challenging due to social, emotional, or behavioural needs. Your role will involve building positive relationships, encouraging engagement in learning, and supporting pupils in developing essential life and social skills.

Patient, adaptable, and resilient
Able to build trust and rapport with pupils quickly
Confident in supporting children with additional or complex needs
