Axcis Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to support students in a high school setting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and making a positive impact on young people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Help create a positive and safe learning environment
• Adapt to the varying needs of students, including those with additional needs
Requirements:
• A valid Child and Adult DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
• A strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
• A hardworking, reliable, and proactive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Experience:
• Previous experience working in a school setting is desirable but not essential
