• Support students during lessons, transitions, and throughout the school day.
• Record progress and contribute to ongoing assessments and reviews.

Requirements
• Experience working with young people who have SEMH needs or behavioural challenges.
• A calm, patient, and consistent approach to behaviour management.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills.

• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

What the School Can Offer
• A specialist setting with a highly supportive team.
• Regular training in SEMH, trauma-informed practice, and behaviour support.
• A rewarding role where every day makes a measurable difference to pupils’ lives.
• Long-term stability with a full academic year contract.
• Competitive daily pay between £89 and £110, dependent on experience.
