Teaching Assistant - North Wales - SEND - from £13.79 Per hour (Driver Preferred)
Axcis Education are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support schools across North Wales. Due to the rural nature of the area, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
This role involves supporting pupils within the classroom, working 1:1 or in small groups, and helping children to access learning in a positive and supportive environment.
The role includes:
Supporting pupils with their learning and engagement in lessons
Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
Assisting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour support
Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND (where applicable)
We are looking for candidates who:
Have experience working with children or young people (school or childcare experience desirable)
Are reliable, flexible, and proactive
Hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (preferred due to location)
Are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
