Contract: Agency – Term Time Only
Pay: From £13.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Axcis Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to support a welcoming primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive difference in children’s education, particularly within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils, including those with additional needs
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
• Provide tailored support to help pupils reach their full potential
Requirements:
• A valid Child and Adult DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
• A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their development
• Willingness to learn and develop skills, even if you have limited experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
