Job Title: Experienced Teaching Assistant
Location: Wandsworth, London
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, delivering and assessing a varied and stimulating curriculum.
• Support individual students and small groups, ensuring their access to learning resources and facilitating their understanding of the material.
• Collaborate with the classroom teacher to develop and implement educational strategies that cater to the needs of all pupils.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Contribute to the school community by participating in extracurricular activities and events.
• Observe and record student progress while managing classroom behaviour effectively.
• Provide administrative support, such as preparing materials and documenting student progress when needed.
• Liaise with parents and guardians regarding student development and learning challenges.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within the Wandsworth area.
• Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications or a degree in education.
