Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Pay: £90 - £95 a day PAYE

Then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a welcoming primary school in the beautiful area of Seaton, Devon. We're seeking a Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of the educational journey in a vibrant Year 6 classroom.
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll provide support to the lead teacher, assist with classroom management, and help create an engaging learning environment. You'll work school hours from 8.30am to 3.30pm, helping to implement lesson plans, supervise educational activities, and provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Experience working with young people.
- SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) experience is desirable, as you'll be working closely with students who may require additional support.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and students.
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to managing classroom activities and supporting children's learning.
