Do you want to make a real difference for students who struggle in mainstream settings? One of our PRU schools is looking for a compassionate teaching assistant to support young people with ADHD and SEMH needs. The teaching assistant will help students stay focused, manage emotions, and build confidence in a structured, safe environment.

What you’ll do:
- Support students one-to-one or in small groups as a teaching assistant
- Use visual aids, routines, and clear expectations to guide transitions
- Offer positive reinforcement and encouragement to promote personal growth
- Help students regulate emotions and focus during challenging moments
- Collaborate with teachers to implement strategies that reward effort and resilience

Who you are:
- Patient, observant, and confident supporting students with SEMH and ADHD needs
- Skilled at creating calm, structured learning spaces
- Passionate about helping students develop focus, confidence, and independence
