Description
New Role for a Technical Warehouse Operative to join a very well established Logistics company based in Ashford, Middlesex.
You will be required to carry out a variety of duties whilst on-site to ensure there is a safe and productive workplace and an efficient operating environment.
Role Duties to include :
• Performing Stock checks
• Preparing Demonstration equipment to OEM specifications, including carrying out visual checks and function
tests, clean and wrap returning demo systems
• Record, maintain equipment test results
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy for updating systems and records
• Install optional items to new systems as necessary.
• Assist visiting customer engineers.
• Arrange for calibration of test equipment.
• Complete Engineering timesheets against systems / Job reference (FM).
• Management of managed customer tool kits, including ordering of consumables and replacement tools from
suppliers.
Ideal candidate would have these key skills and experience
• Good team member who can also work on own initiative.
• A flexible and can-do attitude.
• Previous engineering experience would be preferable.
• Good communication skills.
• Good basic IT Skills e.g. MS Word, Excel.
