This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing compliance function within a respected international provider of private client, corporate, and fund administration services. With offices across Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man, Mauritius, and The Bahamas, this organisation is committed to innovation, integrity, and excellence in execution.
This temporary role will support the Compliance team in delivering key monitoring, reporting, and review responsibilities. It offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking compliance framework while gaining exposure to a multi-jurisdictional business.
Key Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Programme and preparing testing feedback.
• Drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, and controls.
• Maintaining compliance registers and records.
• Assisting with regulatory and board-level compliance reporting.
• Conducting ongoing screening of the client base.
• Providing compliance support across the business.
• Participating in ad-hoc compliance testing projects.
• Supporting the Compliance Manager and Senior Manager with general duties.
• Ensuring time is accurately recorded and compliance risks appropriately reported.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience within a Compliance or Risk function, with exposure to Compliance Monitoring Programmes and customer due diligence. A strong understanding of the GFSC Handbook, AML legislation, and financial services structures is essential. The role suits a proactive individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong IT literacy (particularly in Microsoft Office), and an organised, detail-focused approach. A relevant industry qualification such as ICA is desirable.
