Role: Trade Counter Manager

Salary: Negotiable (DOE) + Bonus
Overview:
Join our clients thriving Electrical Wholesale branch as their Trade Counter Manager, where you will oversee and manage the entire Trade Counter operation, ensuring customer service is performed to the highest levels at all time.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the Trade Counter is clean, tidy and well stocked at all times and displays are kept relevant / engaging and promotions are displayed properly
• Proactively engage with customers and prospective customers and provide feedback to management
• Create, lead and report on counter/stock promotions
• Create, lead and report on trade counter games/loyalty rewards for customers
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Create relevant and engaging promotions based on customer feedback
• Oversee and help colleagues who serve on counter to be at the level required
Requirements:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player
• Able to work efficiently in a busy sales environment
• Organised, with a good eye for detail
Hours:
• Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm
• 1 in 5 Saturdays mornings 8am - 12pm
