Join a leading director-led trust and fiduciary firm in Guernsey as a Transformation Officer and play a key role in supporting business improvement initiatives through digital innovation and process enhancement. Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting transformation initiatives and aligning activities with strategic organisational goals.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports using Azure Data Lakes.
• Gathering, interpreting, and presenting key business metrics to aid decision-making.
• Automating and optimising data pipelines to reduce manual processes.
• Performing technical administrative duties including scheduling, workflow planning, and operational support.
• Conducting data validation and ensuring consistency across systems and reports.
• Providing end-user training and guidance on Power BI usage and best practices.
• Supporting and encouraging less experienced team members in adopting new technologies and systems.
• Guiding teams through process changes to facilitate successful adoption of digital tools and solutions.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will bring strong technical capability, particularly in Power BI and data handling, along with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail. Experience within transformation or technology-focused projects is highly beneficial. A relevant qualification or progress towards one is desirable. The role also requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to manage workload independently, and a collaborative approach to change management.
