Good opportunity for someone to join a friendly staff team to join the Transport & Warehouse department
Transport operator will ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years previous experience working in the Freight Forwarding sector

Transport Duties:-
• Organisation & planning for transport requirements using leased vehicle and subcontractors.
• The passing of purchase invoices reserving and raising sales invoices in accordance with the company’s
quality system.
• Production, checking and resolving of weekly job transaction reports
• Cargo security: must ensure the most current procedures are understood and correctly followed and
administered and that the appropiate documentation is completed correctly
• Ensure cost effectiveness in respect of leased vehicles and subcontracted cartage
• Assisting in the Warehouse as when required

Experience required :-
• Knowledge of Transport essential
• The ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation and varied customer/supplier base.
• An articulate, creative thinker with the ability to share their views succinctly and sensibly
• Good MS Skills
• A creative and forward thinker

5 Years UK checks required for aviation security purposes - Basic DBS check

Mon - Fri 0900 - 1730 hrs
Possible overtime on a Sunday for a few hours if & when business requires

25 days holiday increases after 5 years every year up to 28 days
Quarterly bonus if company makes a profit
