As a Trust Administrator, you will be a key player in the daily operations of a dedicated team. Your primary focus will be supporting the administration of a diverse portfolio of Trust and Company clients, ensuring all tasks are executed with precision and within regulatory frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
• Portfolio Support: Assisting with the day-to-day service requirements for the team's allocated client base.
• Effective Communication: Constructing accurate written communications, including letters, emails, and minutes.
• Operational Excellence: Adhering to internal practices and maintaining a keen awareness of chargeable time and workload management.
• Collaboration: Proactively working with internal groups to ensure timely query resolution and data delivery.
