A small but growing independently owned Trust company is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious professional to join their Client Services team.
Overall purpose of the role:
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the setup and administration of a diverse portfolio of Trust, Company, and Pension relationships. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, support professional client communication, and maintain high standards across all tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing a small portfolio of Trust, Company, and Pension relationships.
• Process payments and draft basic Trust and Company resolutions.
• Communicate professionally with clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders.
• Maintain statutory records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Recognise and address potential problems early.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as required in a small, dynamic team environment.
The successful candidate will have:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Trust Administration.
• A professional qualification or willingness to study towards the STEP Diploma.
• Good numeracy and computer proficiency.
• Flexibility to handle diverse functions in a small company environment.
• A commitment to compliance and anti-money laundering best practices.
