The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced individual to provide an efficient and professional service to a dedicated portfolio.
You will be responsible for:
• Portfolio Management: Managing administrative and clerical duties for a variety of trust and corporate entities.
• Transaction Processing: Handling distributions, payments, and asset transfers with precision.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining close professional relationships with clients and intermediaries to identify business development opportunities.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and best practice standards.
• Financial Oversight: Reviewing investment and financial reports for management approval.
• Staff Mentorship: Willingness to supervise junior administrators and assist with their ongoing professional development.
Your Profile
• Experience: You should have at least five years of experience within the fiduciary services sector.
• Qualifications: You will be STEP qualified or close to completing a relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP Diploma or NVQ4+).
• Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of fiduciary services practice and professional relationship management.
• Attributes: You are a self-motivated individual committed to business excellence with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Development: A commitment to undertaking at least 20 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) per annum.
