Are you a self-motivated fiduciary professional with a passion for client excellence? We are looking for a Trust Officer to join a prestigious, independently owned fiduciary firm in Guernsey.

The Role
As a core member of the Trust Administration team, you will ensure that agreed service levels and business standards are consistently met. Your responsibilities will include:
• Portfolio Management: Providing efficient, professional, and accurate administration for a dedicated portfolio of international structures.
• Operational Execution: Managing distributions, payments, and asset transfers with precision.
• Client & Intermediary Relations: Maintaining close professional ties with clients and intermediaries, actively identifying new business opportunities for senior management.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Assisting in the management of administrative duties and supervising/developing a team of Trust and Company Administrators.
• Governance & Process Improvement: Identifying and reviewing internal procedures in conjunction with Managers to promote best-in-class industry standards.
• Professional Growth: Committing to at least 20 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) per annum to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional who is committed to business excellence.
• Experience: At least 5 years’ experience within fiduciary services.
• Qualifications: Fully qualified or close to completing a professional qualification (e.g., STEP Diploma, NVQ4, or equivalent).
• Technical Knowledge: A solid and continually developing understanding of fiduciary services and the Guernsey regulatory environment.
• Communication: Exceptional written and spoken communication skills with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Mindset: A self-motivated individual who values ethical conduct and high-quality service delivery.
