Description

Our client, a well-established Fiduciary services provider, is seeking an experienced Trust Officer to manage complex Trust and Company structures while delivering efficient and professional Administrative services.

This is a full-time position, however this role is also open for candidates who would require flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage Administrative and clerical duties within a Trust and Company Administration team
• Maintain professional relationships with Clients and intermediaries
• Monitor regulatory compliance throughout the Trust Administration team
• Review investment and Financial reports
• Contribute to staff training and development
• Record time spent on individual cases
• Undertake continuous Professional Development activities

The successful candidate will have:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Fiduciary services
• STEP Diploma (or working towards) or equivalent NVQ4 qualification
• Strong knowledge of professional Administration and Client relationship Management
• Experience in staff supervision and development
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-motivated approach with commitment to business excellence
