Description

Our client, a leading provider of fiduciary and corporate services, is seeking a Client Services Officer to join their fast-paced professional client services team. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of Trust and Company clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:
• Administering client entities, including setting up and maintaining records, statutory filings, and financial records.
• Preparing Trust and corporate documents, including memoranda, articles, settlement instruments, and resolutions.
• Drafting statutory returns, bank instructions, and related workflows.
• Acting as an authorised signatory and reviewing team members' work under the four-eyes principle.
• Responding to client queries and information requests, as well as engaging with intermediaries and advisors.
• Participating in client meetings and contributing to the development of precedent documents, marketing materials, policies, and best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.
• Supporting the efficient running of the office and delivering timely and efficient client administration services.

The successful candidate will have:
• A professional qualification with approximately four years’ experience in Trust and Company administration.
• Proven ability to manage their own portfolio of clients.
• Authorised B signatory status.
• A proactive and responsive approach to client and colleague needs.
• Strong technical skills, including the effective use of technology to enhance client reporting and administration processes.
• Commitment to professional development, keeping informed of evolving statutory and regulatory requirements.
