Trust Professional – Fiduciary Services, Guernsey

Our client, a well-established fiduciary services business, is seeking STEP-qualified professionals to join its growing team. The role is suitable for candidates at varying stages of their career, ranging from trust administration through to senior management and Associate Director level.

About the Role
You will support the administration of a diverse portfolio of trusts, companies, partnerships and related structures across multiple jurisdictions. The role offers regular contact with clients, advisers, bankers and asset managers, alongside exposure to senior management and the Board.

Key Requirements
• Fully STEP-qualified (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years’ industry experience – no upper limit; senior applicants are welcome.
• Strong working knowledge of fiduciary services, risk management and relevant regulations.
• Confident in client communication and building professional relationships.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage day-to-day client servicing.
• Team-focused approach with willingness to support junior colleagues.
