Our client, a highly regarded international fiduciary provider, is expanding its team in Guernsey. They are looking for experienced Trust Professionals across several levels, from Administrator through to Manager.
They are open to considering candidates on either a permanent or temporary basis.
In this role, you will help deliver high-quality administration to a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures. Depending on your level of experience, the position offers room to manage daily operations or step into supervisory duties to support and mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Portfolio Administration: Support the management of administrative and clerical tasks for a portfolio of companies and trusts, meeting agreed service levels and standards.
• Transactional Work: Process distributions, payments, and asset transfers accurately.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain clear, professional connections with clients and intermediaries, identifying business growth opportunities.
• Governance & Compliance: Maintain strong internal controls, regulatory standards, and good business practice across the team.
• Time & Process Management: Record time accurately against targets and work with managers to refine internal procedures.
• Team Guidance: For senior appointments, supervise junior team members and assist with their ongoing development.
• Professional Standards: Complete at least 20 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) each year.
About You
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in fiduciary services, suited to the specific level applied for.
• Qualifications: Qualified or close to finishing a relevant professional qualification (such as the STEP Diploma or NVQ4+).
• Skills: Clear written and spoken communication, sound fiduciary knowledge, and a reliable, self-motivated approach.
• Leadership: A practical willingness to guide and mentor staff (for senior/managerial applicants).
