Industry - Electrical Wholesale
Job role - Warehouse Assistant
Location - Rainham, Essex
Hours - Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Overview:
Our client in Rainham is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Assistant to help keep their electrical wholesale operation running smoothly.
You’ll play an important part in day-to-day warehouse activities—receiving deliveries, preparing customer orders, organising stock, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

The Role:
• Receive, check, and unload incoming deliveries of electrical goods
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for collection or delivery
• Organise and replenish stock on shelves and in designated warehouse areas
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and compliant with health & safety standards
• Support the trade counter team when required, including locating products or preparing urgent orders
• Carry out regular stock checks and help maintain accurate inventory records
• Operate warehouse equipment (such as forklifts or pallet trucks) – training can be provided
Skills/experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Warehouse experience
• Driving Licence
• Live within commutable distance
