The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust business streams while providing bespoke financial strategies tailored to meet diverse client objectives. This is a proactive role requiring a blend of technical expertise and relationship management to ensure consistent business flow and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivating long-term relationships to maintain business flow and promote the firm's profile within the wider professional community.
• Financial Advisory: Delivering high-level financial information and advice appropriate to individual client needs.
• Business Development: Identifying and acquiring new financial advice business to meet strategic growth targets.
• Technical Support: Preparing detailed financial recommendations, client presentations, and managing the end-to-end meeting process, including fact-finding and CRM documentation.
• Review Services: Managing an ongoing review service in line with the business’s proposition offering to ensure continued client satisfaction.
• Compliance & Professionalism: Ensuring all business is conducted in a compliant manner, meeting all internal and external legislative requirements.
About You
Our client is seeking a dedicated professional who remains current with industry changes and legislative shifts..
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Must hold a relevant Level 4 qualification or higher, in strict accordance with JFSC requirements.
• Demonstrated commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD), with a mandatory minimum of 35 hours per annum.
• Proven track record in business development and the acquisition of new financial advice business.
• Strong technical proficiency in preparing financial recommendations and client-facing presentations.
