Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant – Full Time
Location: BR2 (Hayes area)
Hours: 8:30am – 3:45pm, Monday to Friday

The Role:
We are seeking a personable, hard-working, and reliable SEND Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a full-time role across all three special schools within the setting, supporting children with a range of needs, with a focus on autism.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students with SEND in both classroom and small group settings
Assisting in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting social and emotional development
Working collaboratively with teaching staff to create a supportive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with children with SEND, particularly autism
Personable, patient, and adaptable approach
Reliable, hard-working, and committed to supporting all students
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
