Axcis Education are working with a wonderful mainstream primary school who urgently require a full time TA to support as a class TA in a Year 3 class.

This pupil needs someone patient, consistent and encouraging—someone who can rebuild their confidence, self-esteem and help them become ready for learning once again.

Role Details:
•Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
•Pay: £93–£100 per day (depending on experience)
•Support: Year 3 Classroom TA, supporting with learning.
•Focus: Helping children to complete learning tasks and following instructions.

You must have:
•Experience working in a school or supporting adults/children with social and emotional needs
•A nurturing, resilient and relationship-focused approach
•A resilient attitude and an understanding of behaviour is communication.
