Axcis Education is working in partnership with a post-16 college in Radstock to find a caring, committed individual to join their team from September. You’ll be supporting students aged 16–25 who face challenges linked to SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs.
This welcoming and well-equipped site includes an on-site animal care centre, a mechanics and construction training hub, and a specialist SEN centre designed to meet the needs of students with additional support requirements. There’s also ample free parking for staff.
You’ll work alongside teaching and support staff to help students manage their emotions, stay focused in lessons, and build confidence — all within a setting that champions inclusion, practical learning, and community.
You’ll work four weekdays (26 hours per week), with no evening or weekend shifts – ideal for those who want a healthy work-life balance.

• Graduates in psychology, counselling, youth work or education
