Skills and requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree + 8 years’ experience in quality management or service delivery for IT programs.
• Experience managing service levels, compliance, and quality processes in technology projects.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or CMMI standards.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Duties:
• Ensure IT service quality and compliance with strict industry and program standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, and others).
• Monitor performance metrics and contract service levels, proactively identifying and resolving quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with program teams and leadership.
• Conduct audits, process reviews, and support key quality reporting and deliverables.
• Integrate quality management into every step of service delivery for critical defence operations.
