• Coordinate technical delivery teams including infrastructure specialists, developers, network engineers, QA teams, vendors, and support personnel
• Manage project budgets covering hardware, software, licensing, third-party suppliers, and support activities
• Maintain and manage Risk Registers and Issue Logs, ensuring mitigation plans and ownership are clearly defined
• Ensure projects align with IT governance frameworks, security policies, architectural standards, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare project documentation including status reports, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, action trackers, and change requests
• Facilitate technical workshops covering infrastructure readiness, solution architecture, system integrations, deployment planning, and technical dependencies
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance activities, defect tracking, go-live readiness, and deployment approvals
• Produce formal Project Closure Reports including lessons learned, final deliverables, handover documentation, and stakeholder sign-off

Essential Experience
• Proven experience in ICT or IT Project Management within enterprise environments (minimum 3–5 years)
• Experience delivering projects within organisations supporting over 1,000 users
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, and emerging technologies
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of project governance, risks, reporting, and delivery management
• Experience supporting technology deployment, operational readiness, and security-related considerations
