The Administration Manager role is crucial, overseeing comprehensive administrative and financial functions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across two significant business units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage sales administration including order processing, invoice generation, and ledger management.
• Oversee purchase administration, ensuring accurate recording, authorisation, and payment processes.
• Handle comprehensive banking administration, reconciliations, and petty cash management.
• Provide key support in financial projects and general financial administration.
• Lead day-to-day office management including correspondence handling, filing systems, stationery inventory, and office maintenance coordination.
What You Need:
• AAT or equivalent accounting qualification with at least 5 years’ experience in commercial administration and finance.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and fundamental financial processes including banking, sales, and purchase ledgers.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and MSTeams.
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to administrative duties.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
