This is an exciting opportunity to join an international bank with a strong presence in the Channel Islands. Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Senior Management team across multiple jurisdictions. Working as part of a collaborative team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining organisational efficiency and delivering high-quality assistance to executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Acting as the main administrative point of contact for the Senior Management team, managing diaries, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense processing.
• Coordinating travel schedules and visitor arrangements, including room bookings, catering, and associated logistics.
• Supporting departmental operations with minute-taking, document formatting, and the preparation of internal reports.
• Assisting the Executive Assistant and offering cover support where required, including Front of House duties if based in Jersey.
• Helping to coordinate internal events such as board dinners, off-site meetings, and team briefings.
• Contributing to workflow improvements and identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in their approach. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders across the organisation. A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across different teams is essential. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required, along with a commitment to delivering high standards of administrative support in a fast-paced, professional environment.
