Working a 37-hour week on a rotating shift pattern, this role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer care, proactive problem-solving, and working as part of a close-knit team.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal individual will have experience in a fast-paced office or call centre environment and a genuine passion for helping people. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly way. A methodical and organised approach, high levels of empathy, and personal accountability for resolving issues are key qualities for success.
