A well-established international financial services provider is seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join their Client Relationship Team in Guernsey. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the smooth administration of retirement products while maintaining strong client and intermediary relationships.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of retirement schemes. This includes liaising with clients, advisors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. You’ll be using systems such as Viewpoint and working in accordance with a comprehensive set of procedures and company values.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle administrative processes related to retirement products.
• Respond to phone and email queries from members, intermediaries, and introducers.
• Liaise with the Client Servicing Team to ensure actions are completed efficiently.
• Review Customer Due Diligence documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure requests are complete and compliant before processing.
• Coordinate with compliance to complete member checks.
• Follow internal checklists and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Embrace and reflect the company’s mission, vision, and values in daily work.
What You’ll Need
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including Maths and English.
Experience:
• At least 1–2 years in a client servicing or financial services role (essential).
• Pension administration experience (desirable).
Skills and Knowledge:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Understanding of compliance, AML, and Client Due Diligence processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational ability.
• Team-oriented, tactful, and professional.
