Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing administrative support for a varied portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients.
• Ensure effective client relationship management by maintaining high service standards.
• Process administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, meeting internal deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the client acceptance process and ensure compliance with procedural guidelines.
• Support the team in managing workload priorities, including financial transactions and regulatory documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate:
• The successful candidate will have proven experience in corporate administration or a keen interest in pursuing a career in this sector.
• Ideally, they will be studying towards or willing to undertake a professional qualification such as STEP or CGI.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a proactive, flexible approach are essential.
• The ability to manage workload efficiently, work independently when required, and demonstrate a strong desire to develop within the financial services industry will also be key to success in this role.
