Join a leading specialist financial services provider offering tailored fund and corporate solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Real Assets team of this highly regarded organisation, working in a key client-facing role. You will act as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of fund structures, ensuring quality service and regulatory compliance across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as first point of contact for allocated fund structures, coordinating with legal, tax, and professional advisors.
• Lead and document client board and shareholder meetings, ensuring accurate minute-taking and follow-up.
• Maintain and enhance internal procedures, including Operational Procedures Manuals and compliance checklists.
• Supervise preparation, review, and timely filing of financial statements, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a “B” level 4-eyes signatory, overseeing quality control on administration matters.
• Provide leadership and support to junior team members, contributing to their training, development, and appraisal.
• Support billing, fee analysis, and management of aged debtor processes.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have significant post-qualification experience in financial services and hold a relevant professional qualification such as the CGI Diploma or equivalent. A strong understanding of the Guernsey regulatory environment is essential, with preference given to those with fund industry experience. Applicants must demonstrate sound technical knowledge, people management skills, and evidence of client relationship management.
