Description

A well-established provider of Fund Administration, Private Client, and Corporate Services is seeking a capable and motivated individual to join their On/Off Boarding team. Operating across multiple jurisdictions—including Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man, and Mauritius—this privately owned business prioritises employee growth, technological advancement, and long-term strategic development.

Overview of the Role
This role supports the efficient onboarding of new business and the closure of existing client structures. Working closely with internal stakeholders and intermediaries, the Administrator will ensure that all onboarding and offboarding processes are executed to a high standard. The position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure to trust and company administration processes and to develop within a collaborative and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the setup of new client structures and closure of existing entities, including liaising with intermediaries, managing documents, and updating records.
• Prepare and track payment instructions, board minutes, resolutions, and other supporting documentation.
• Maintain effective communication with intermediaries and respond to queries within 24 hours.
• Ensure timely collection of fees and support finance-related onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Collaborate with Trust Administrators and various business support teams.
• Manage client due diligence and risk assessment documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Attend and contribute to virtual and local meetings as required.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics at Grade C or above.
• Willingness to study for a relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP, ICSA, ACCA).
• Interest in fiduciary services and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Positive and flexible team player with effective communication abilities.
• Demonstrates initiative and a drive to learn and grow professionally.
