This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Experience team of a leading telecoms provider as a Temporary Customer Provisioning Agent. Based in Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man, this full-time position (37.5 hours per week) is offered on a temporary basis until 31 December 2025.

Key Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinating provisioning for consumer and business mobile services including fixed line, broadband, fibre, and wholesale WLR.
• Processing customer service orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring service expectations are met.
• Communicating effectively with customers, internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Managing enquiries and keeping systems updated to ensure correct billing and timely installations.
• Supporting a positive customer journey and responding professionally to incoming queries.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have proven experience in customer-facing roles and a strong sense of empathy and service quality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is an eye for accuracy and attention to detail. An interest in current and future technology, together with a positive and collaborative attitude, will ensure alignment with the values of this organisation.
